Mushroom Cream Pasta


1 packet Oba Pen Cut Pasta

6-7 mushrooms

1 small onion

1 packet cream

Half a cup grated kashar cheese

2 tablespoons oil

Enough water

Enough black pepper

Enough salt


Boil pasta in salted water until softened.

Grate the onion, heat oil in a pan and start roasting the onions.

Wash the mushrooms and slice thinly.

Add the mushrooms when the onions are brown and continue roasting.

Add half a tea cup of water, salt and black pepper to mushroom and cook over low heat.

Once the mushrooms are cooked add the cream and boil it 1-2 time. Then turn off the stove.

Sieve the boiled pasta, put it into a pan and pour the prepared sauce and mix it.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pasta and serve it.
