Bread Recipe


Ingredients:



- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3.5 cups OBA Flour
- Vegetables available at home (onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, olives)

Preparation:

- Put warm water in a bowl. Add sugar and mix. Let's add the yeast you have prepared, an important point is to make sure that the water is warm for the yeast to dissolve. Then add olive oil and mix.
- Put flour in a deep bowl. Let's create a pool by opening the middle part. Add the salt and add the yeast-oily liquid mixture, continue kneading until it gets a consistency. Grease any flat baking mold in your home.
- Place the dough into the mold and press it and let it take the shape of the mold.
- Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for yeast.
- Let's open the top of your yeast dough when it reaches the mold level. Spread tomato sauce on it and then place the vegetables on it.
- Sprinkle oregano on it according to desire and put it in the oven.
- Bake in a 180 degree oven for 50 minutes. Our bread, which we let rest for 20 minutes, is ready to eat.
