Pasta with winter sauce

 

Ingredients:

½ packet of spaghetti

100 gr butter

1 teacup of oil

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon of basil

1 teaspoon of red pepper

 

Preparation:

Add a little oil and salt to water in the pan.

When the water starts boiling, add the pasta into pot.

Chop onions finely elsewhere.

Put oil in a fry-pan and saute onions in fry-pan.

After adding tomato paste, crushed garlic and spices into fry-pan add some butter.

When the butter melts turn off the stove and prepare it for serving with spaghetti pasta. 

 

Pasta Salad with Vegetable

 

Ingredients:

Half a packet of pasta

3 tomatoes

1 cucumber

A few slices of cheese

1 handful of olives

1 bunch of parsley

3-5 small chopped pickled gherkins

2 tablespoons of oil

Arbitrarily add yogurt and red pepper

 

Preparation:

The pasta is boiled until the desired freshness.

After boiling its water is sieved

It is allowed to cool for about 5 minutes.

Vegetables are added and mixed thoroughly.

During the service, arbitrarily add some yoghurt and red pepper.
