Pasta with Roasted

Ingredients

- OBA Pasta Thick Cut 1 pack
- 1 liter of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half a tea glass of oil
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 red onion
- For 200 grams of raw almonds
- 200 grams of roasted meat
- 1 pinch of parmesan or cheddar cheese

Preparation:
- To boil the pasta, we take a liter of water in a pot, add salt and let the water boil.
- After the water boils, add the pasta to the pot.
- Put the oil and butter in another pot to prepare the pasta mixture.
- Cut the onions into julienne (thin long) pieces and add them to the pan and start roasting, then while the onions are roasting, add the peeled almonds and continue roasting.
- When the almonds start to take color, add the roasted almonds and roast for about two more minutes.
- After the roasting process is completed, add the boiled pasta into the mixture.
- Turn the pasta a few times to blend it well with the mixture.
- After taking it to the service plate, you can optionally add cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese on it.
