Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 cups OBA Flour
- 1 packet of instant yeast (or half a packet of fresh yeast)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Half a tablespoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups of warm water

For the sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme

For Topping
- Cheddar cheese
- Sausage
- Sausage
- Dried tomato
- Mushroom
- Egypt

Preparation:
- Let's take the flour into the kneading bowl and start kneading our dough by slowly adding yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and warm water.
- Let's cover our soft dough with cling film and let it ferment for about 30 minutes.
- Let's open the fermented dough and take our dough on the counter sprinkled with flour.
- Let's divide it into 2 equal parts after picking it up again with our hands and removing the air. If you want to prepare thin crust pizza, you can divide the same dough into 3 pieces.
- Let's turn the piece we cut into a meringue and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin on the counter where we sprinkle flour. You can sprinkle flour lightly so that it does not stick to the rolling pin.
- Let's put the dough on the floured pizza tray and smooth it around with our hands and put it on the baking sheet.
- With the help of a fork, let's poke holes all over the surface of our dough so that our dough does not rise while baking.
- Put the pizza tray in the preheated 200° oven and bake our dough for 10 minutes.
- While our dough is baking, add tomato sauce, olive oil, dried basil and oregano for the pizza sauce and mix well.
- Let's take our half-cooked dough out of the oven and spread the sauce we have prepared generously on it. If we spread it well towards the edges, the edges will be more beautifully browned.
- Let's place plenty of grated cheddar cheese on the tomato sauce.
- Let's add sliced sausage, sliced sausage, dried tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and corn kernels.
- Finally, let's put our pizza back in the oven and let it bake in the 200° oven for another 20 minutes.
