Red Velvet-en

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 2.5 cups OBA Flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
- 3 dessert spoons of cocoa
For the cream
- 300 grams of labneh cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream powder
Preparation:
- After adding granulated sugar to the butter at room temperature, mix it with a mixer until it turns into cream.
- Add the eggs and continue mixing with a mixer and add vanilla.
- Mix the milk with red food coloring powder.
- Add the milk and cocoa flour mixture and mix the cake mixture with a mixer at medium speed.
- At this point, transfer the cake mixture into the 22 cm clamp cake pan, the bottom of which is covered with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 50 minutes.
For the cream of the cake;
- Let's mix the whipped cream powder or the cream mixture in which you add powdered sugar and powdered cream hardener in the same ratio as indicated in the tip, with a mixer.
- Finally, mix the mixture to which we add liquid cream with a mixer until it thickens.
- Let the cake, which is cooked and rested in the oven for 10 minutes, cool at room temperature and then carefully remove it from the mold.
- Let's get two cake bases by cutting the cooled cake from the middle part. Add the crumbled cake pieces to the cooled cream mixture to give a light color.
- Turn the cake base, which remains on top during baking, upside down and place it on the serving plate. Spread 1/3 of the cream mixture on the cake base.
- After covering the cake layer that touches the cake mold and remains at the bottom during baking, let's spread the remaining cream on the top and sides of the cake, after cooling it, you can slice it and share it with your loved ones.
