Semolina Dessert

Ingredients
- 3.5 cups OBA Flour
- 1 cup OBA Semolina
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tea glass yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 packet of vanilla
- Half a packet of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of pounded walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 125 grams butter or margarine
For the syrup:
- 2.5 cups granulated sugar
- 2.5 cups of water
- 1 slice of lemon
Preparation:
- Add the melted butter and oil at room temperature into a bowl and knead until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
- Add yogurt, egg, vinegar, baking powder,
Add vanilla and semolina and knead.
- Add flour and knead the dough for 4-5 minutes and knead the dough.
- Separate 5/1 of the dough we knead, add walnuts and cinnamon to the separated part and knead it.
- Let's take a round from the plain dough, roll it out thinly, add the reserved dough as a filling, roll it into a roll and shape it with a knife.
- Bake in a 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
