Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 Package OBA Pasta Burgu
- 2 carrots
- 500 grams cauliflower
- 100 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 lemon
- A pinch of parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
-We start our recipe by finely chopping 500 grams of cauliflower.
-We add the finely chopped cauliflower to our pot.
-We add 100 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of butter and leave to cook.
We peel our -2 carrots and cut them into slices.
Cut and squeeze -1 lemon.
-Finely chop a pinch of parsley and a pinch of dill which we wash and dry.
-Add half a packet of pasta to boiling water and let it cook.
-While our pasta is cooking, we take our carrots into the pan where we add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
-When our pasta is close to cooking, we take our cauliflower into a glass bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt and lemon juice and puree it.
-Drain our pasta, add it into the cooked carrots.
-We add our cauliflower puree to the pan and our recipe is ready.
